Booking and Confirmation

All services are booked with the appropriate time allowance allocated. Please mention when booking if you require additional services such as nail art or removal of gel to allow for allocation of a longer time slot.

Make sure to leave the correct contact information when booking to ensure I am able to contact you if necessary.


Repair Policy

In the unusual circumstance that damage is sustained by fault of the technician within 7 days of the treatment, a full repair will be offered free of charge.

Any damage sustained after the 7-day period will be charged based on type of repair required.

There is no set price for repairs as all treatments vary.


Lateness Policy/Cancellation

It is my pleasure to provide the best services to my clients and I would appreciate if clients could aim to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to guarantee you experience the full allocated time of your treatment.

Upon booking, a time slot will be allocated based on the time required to complete each clients’ treatment.

Late arrival of 15 minutes or more may result in cancellation, rescheduling or shortening of appointment to accommodate needs of all clients. Where possible, I would appreciate if clients could inform me of your delay and I will try to make the appropriate arrangements.

I have the right to deny a service and ask a client to leave the premises if I feel necessary.


Group Bookings and Cancellations

For bookings of 3 or more a credit card will be required to secure the booking.

Cancellation or alteration of booking requires 72 hour notice.

Late cancellation or no attendance to appointment of 3 or more people without notice will result in a charge of 50% of full price of treatments.


Child Policy

Mother and daughter appointments are welcome however, clients wishing to bring their children are advised to ensure they are supervised at all times for health and safety reasons, due to the nature of equipment being used.

I would also ask that parents are mindful of the other clients enjoying their treatments within the salon.


Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers expire 12 months after the date of purchase.


Loyalty Card

Loyal clients are gifted a free 7th treatment!

Complimentary treatments may only be redeemable by the client themselves; it cannot be gifted to someone else.

There is no expiry date on complimentary loyalty treatments! This promise will be honoured regardless of time passed from last treatment.
